Abbi Rankin is a dedicated commercial real estate professional committed to helping businesses and investors find the perfect properties to meet their unique needs. A proud graduate of Lubbock Christian University, Abbi went on to earn a second bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from Texas A&M, driven by her deep passion for serving others. After seven years in the healthcare field, she transitioned into real estate, bringing the same level of care, precision, and client-first mentality to the commercial sector.

Known for her unwavering work ethic and determination to go above and beyond, Abbi approaches every transaction with a focus on building relationships, understanding client goals, and delivering results. Whether guiding a first-time investor, negotiating complex deals, or helping businesses establish their footprint, she is committed to providing a seamless and strategic real estate experience.

Rooted in the West Texas community, Abbi is a member of Southcrest Baptist Church and values the relationships built through faith, family, and business. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their two children, as well as supporting the continued growth and development of Lubbock.
